1. Refund Eligibility

Streakmates offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@deepleaps.cc with your account email and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions after the 14-day period

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to the billing settings.

6. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
